Quid Pro Quo: Trump Pimps Tom Cotton's Book On Twitter

Tom Cotton made an ass out of himself on CBS yesterday, insulting farmers in defense of Trump. This morning Trump used his Twitter account to promote Cotton's book.

Tom Cotton, yesterday:

Republicans are morphing into Soviets before our eyes. Tom Cotton is literally using a Russian propaganda trope, invoking sacrifices of WAR to scare ppl into accepting stupid policy. Trump already talks like Stalin. Rubber stamping Politburo GOP. When do the 5-year plans begin??

Donald Trump, today:

Yes, he misspelled "cemetery" and hasn't cracked a book since forever, and this is highly unethical. Still, he has one talent, and he's putting it to work:

Doing what he does best...used car salesman-like promotion of someone elseÔÇÖs crap!

I don't ordinarily quote Rick Tyler, but this deserves points:

If you are a farmer and you think @realDonaldTrump is going to take care of you, I have a bridge, an airline, steaks, water, vodka, a university, a game, a magazine, a casino, a mortgage, a communications company, and a travel company I want to sell you.
